SUP Yoga Classes in Nelson

Join us for an hour of yoga on stand-up paddle boards. Savour the sights and sounds of the calm early morning conditions and be guided through a series of playful and peaceful poses (asana) and breathing techniques (pranayama), just offshore at our floating studio.

During your practice, you are sure to find moments of fun and laughter with the sun above and the water below. SUP yoga adds extra core strengthening and balance, making it a wonderful full-body workout, with a peaceful and relaxing savasana to end your session.

All equipment is provided and all abilities welcome — no previous experience required. Your instructor talks you through the safety and guides you through the moves. It’s awesome!
