SUP Yoga Classes in Nelson

Start your day in the best way out on the water with us on our floating yoga studio.

Savour the sights and sounds of early morning calm conditions and be guided through a series of playful and peaceful poses (asana) and breathing techniques (pranayama), just off shore.

During your practice, enjoy the feel of the sun above and the water below. SUP Yoga adds extra core strengthening and balance, making it a wonderful full body workout, with a peaceful and relaxing savasana to end your session. Plus, being on the ocean is so good for the soul and a healthy mind too.

All equipment is provided and all abilities welcome – no previous yoga or paddling experience required. Your instructor will talk you through the safety and guide you through the moves.
