Choose from Stand-up Paddleboards (SUPs) and Sit-on-top Kayaks to hire, join our amazing guided Paddleboard trips to Haulashore Island and our Nelson Night Paddles where we watch the sunset and light up the ocean with our boards.
We are the only accredited NZ Stand-up Paddling School, so our awesome instructors can help you feel confident with your first time, or develop your skills and teach you about water safety and ocean paddling.
Our community here are something special – and with weekly women’s only paddles, safety courses and SUP retreats, we love connecting you with like minded people in Nelson, New Zealand.

Awesome Moana SUP. What an awesome team Moana is. We went with a family member who has a disability and we were offered the use of their adaptive equipment so that he could sit in a chair with outriggers on the board. He was able to enjoy being on the water just like everyone else. Absolutely amazing and he loved it. Team Moana are a fantastic inclusive activity for all. Thank you Moana SUP.

Sunny Nelson Morning Paddle. Got there slightly later than booking, was greeted with a kind welcome and a run down of the tides and weather, felt really looked after. Had a fantastic morning paddle around and explored Fifeshire Rock. The staff were absolutely fantastic, professional and kind. Highly recommended for beginners, families and even gift cards. Had such a fun time and thank you very much!!!!
